- And funny that Byte had the A3000 on its cover when it came out.

-
- Buying space in magazines is expensive! Commodore did actually run adds back when
- the A3000 and A4000s came out. I remember them.
-
- Back to my original point. Its expensive. Amiga Technologies does not have the
- money to advertise. They would much rather spend money on developing new Amigas
- (which we so dearly want) and then from there they can advertise.
-
- Now if they approach Escom to get more money because they've been successful I can
- see the big parent company giving more money. Keep in mind that AT have to prove
- themselves.

-
- Thats what it is. MS and PC compatibles are a standard even though they're crap.
- Its the same with the Mac but I consider the Mac to be a much better machine than the
- PCs (I can give some very good reasons since the company I work for has a worldwide
- network of Macs all connected together). Unfortunatly via bad mouthing the Amiga has
- got a reputation of being a games machine only which it is not.
-
- What can we do? I really don't know. Amiga Technolgies have to promote their
- machine. There is only so much we as users can do. AT know it all too well. A good
- portion of them worked with Commodore...
